The mini charts were previously "Complimentary" charge that were given when attending a Trunk Show - and the recipes were gathered over the years where Kaaren and her husband Denis resided or visited during their over 50 years of marriage, as well as a few stories about the recipes are included. The book cover is lamented, spiral bound so it lays flat, includes color pages for floss suggestions, pages of instructions for specialty stitch, and a page on how to calculate "HOW MUCH FABRIC" is needed for a project.
