Shipping: Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. If an item or items are out of stock, we will hold the order for no longer than 14 days or will backorder the item. As soon as our stock arrives, we will ship the backorder.
Shipping and Handling Rates: We ship by U. S. Postal Service 1st Class Mail. Sometimes packages must go parcel post due to their size. If you want Priority Mail, note this on the order form and we will include an additional $2.00 to the rates listed below. Express Mail is also available at an additional cost.
All stateside packages are tracked. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number once the order is packaged and awaiting pickup by the postal service.

Sales Tax Sales Tax of 6% is charged for all Pennsylvania customers only. No sales tax is charged for the other 49 states or Canada.
International Customers:
Our shipping charges are based on the U. S. Postal Service First Class Mail rates. We ship all overseas packages First Class Mail International, but offer Priority Mail International, and Global Express mail at higher rates. If you would prefer any of these methods of shipping, please note in the comments area of the order form. We will try to keep your shipping charges as low as possible.
Most overseas shipping fits into an envelope for $16.95 and we do adjust your total to reflect the decrease. We will be glad to give quoted prices for the Priority Mail and Global Express before shipping. Our site is based on dollars spent rather than weight - all overseas customers are charged per weight not dollars spent based upon the postal service web site. All wooden products now must be shipped in a box rather than the flat rate envelopes. So our shipping rates will not be used for these purchases. You will be charged exact postage and insurance which is calculated by our post office. Boxes weigh more, therefore the postage is much higher. Please take this into consideration when ordering these products.
We will not be responsible for any lost International shipment if insurance is not available to your country. If you want insurance or tracking on your order, please note in the comments area and a small charge will be added for this service. The U. S. Postal Service does not offer insurance to all countries, nor do they offer tracking to all countries. We do get a package confirmation number and forward this information to all International customers when your package is shipped.
