 218x181 - Hands Across The Sea Samplers presents this red sampler that both sisters worked on - Hannah worked the first, second, and part of the third alphabet rows at age 11, and she passed the same year which is when her sister Ellen picked up the needle and finished the sampler with the verses dedicated to her love for her sister and her family and finished her part of the sampler in 1841 when she was 13 years of age - coded for one color of Silk or DMC floss (multi skeins of floss will be needed)1

Original sampler was stitched on 36 Ct. Linen, while the reproduction was stitched on 46 Ct. Linen - you are the stitcher so pick what you can see and enjoy
