I was looking for a birth sampler for my granddaughter and wanted
something that would grow with he. Low and behold I came upon
this design from Cross-eyed Cricket that was published many
moons ago. As you can see - time is never a factor. I used
everything that was stated in the chart except I did the fairy's dress
in a solid teal rather than an over-dyed floss. I also stitched this
design on Antique Ivory Cashel Linen. It was finished a little late to
give for a christeneing gift, but no one cared - it's hanging proudly
in Cadence's Room now.
